Q: What image formats are acceptable?
A: We prefer photoshop files, but we also accept .jpg, .eps, .bmp,
.tiff, .gif and .png. Photos and images should be high resolution
of at least 300 dpi and at least 300 pixels wide and 300 pixels
tall.
Q: Will you show me what the chip looks like before production?
A: Yes. We will send you a .jpg mock-up of your image on the chip.
After your approval of this proof, the production process is started.
Q: Do you charge design fees?
A: If we have to do any design work there will be a design fee
of at least $50. If the fee is going to be more, you will be contacted
by the salesperson before the work is started.
Q: Does it cost more if I send you my own graphic as opposed
to using one of your designs?
A: No, the price is the same as long as your image is ready to
be placed on the chip. If we have to do any work to it there will
be a $50 design fee.
Q: Can I put a different design on each side of a chip?
A: Yes, and the two sides can be different for no extra charge.
Q: Can I customize the edges of the chip?
A: No. The center image is the only part of the chip that can
be customized.
Q: Will you keep my design on file if I want to re-order?
A: Yes. We keep all of the chip designs on file for future reference.
Q: How large is the customizable area?
A: The customizable center is 1 3/8" diameter on our 11 gram
chip and 1" on our 13 gram clay chip.
Q: What is the minimum order for custom poker chips?
A: The minimum order is 1000 chips.
